East side two blocks up from Broad Street. Neighborhood is Residential with playground and school a few blocks away.
Within a few short blocks are several Banks, a Super Stop & Shop with a People's Bank inside, restaurants and several
self serve laundramats. Route 691 entrance is about six blocks away and interstate 91 is half mile away.
* Security: Building has self locking
outside doors that require a security pass key for entry. Individual locking mailboxes for each apartment in a cluster
box at street level.
*Parking: Off street parking is available
at this building.
*Prices: Apartment rents start at $170 per
week for a furnished studio single occupancy. Double occupancy is $15 more per week.
*Terms: All apartments are rented on
a weekly basis with a written lease agreement and a four week minimum rental period. A four week written notice
is required before vacating. You can stay as long as you want or as short as you want over four weeks.
*Security Deposits: All apartments rentals
require a security deposit. Security deposits start at $950 for single occupancy. Add another $50. for double
occupancy. Security deposits are returned the same day of vacating.
*Laundramat facilities:There are several
self serve laundramats within a few short blocks of the building.
*Transportation:There is a Connecticut Transit
bus stop on Broad Street and East Main Street and another on Liberty Street and Parker Avenue North. Taxi service is available
also.

and shop is located one block from building and has a People's Bank located inside which is open until 7PM Monday to
Friday and til 4 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Several other banks, restaurants, drug stores and shops are located within
